Set up a Kodi box in three moves.
Install Kodi, point it at the Printed Wicked repository, and pull the current build. Works the same on a PC, a phone, a Fire TV stick or a Mac.
Install Kodi 21.3 “Omega”
Official installers, straight from the Kodi mirrors. Pick the one for the device.
- Windows64-bitkodi-21.3-Omega-x64.exe
- Android / Fire TV64-bit ARM — phones, tablets, Fire TV 4K, Shieldkodi-21.3-Omega-arm64-v8a.apk
- Androidx86 — Chromebooks, Intel tabletskodi-21.3-Omega-x86.apk
- macOSApple siliconkodi-21.3-Omega-arm64.dmg
- macOSIntelkodi-21.3-Omega-x86_64.dmg
- Linux, iOS, Apple TV, older Fire stickskodi.tv/download
Fire TV: Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → allow apps from unknown sources, then open kodi.printedwicked.com in the Downloader app and tap the Android / Fire TV link. Older 32-bit sticks (2nd gen) need the armeabi-v7a build from kodi.tv.
Add the Printed Wicked repository
One zip. After this, anything published here shows up in Kodi’s add-on browser and updates on its own.
Download repository.printedwicked.zip
Then, in Kodi:
- Settings → System → Add-ons → turn on
Unknown sources. - Settings → File manager → Add source →
https://kodi.printedwicked.com/→ name itpw. - Add-ons → Install from zip file →
pw→repository.printedwicked.zip.
On a PC you can skip the file-manager source and just pick the downloaded zip in “Install from zip file”.
Restore the Printed Wicked build
Add-ons → Install from repository → Printed Wicked Repository → Program add-ons → Printed Wicked Build → Install. Run it, confirm, and Kodi closes itself when the restore is done. Open Kodi again and you’re on the build.
The zip holds userdata/ and addons/; to restore by hand, close Kodi and unzip it over the Kodi profile folder (Windows: %APPDATA%\Kodi, Android: Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi, macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Kodi). Per-device settings — screen, audio device, window position — stay as they are.
